This is still in the works and will be updated in the near future, in the mean time here are my concerns:

• Do not stuff the Title with keywords
• Do not submit sub-pages unless your submitting a Featured Link (Example: http://site,com/product.html)
  
• If you include a City or a Country in your Descriptions, make sure to submit them in the World/Regional/Countries. (Example: Webdesigners in India). Submit that site in the India category.
• Do not submit to the Top level category. Makes sure it is at the lowest category level.
• Do not submit sites that it's sole purpose is to make money with cut-and-paste covered with ads (MFA). We don't want them here.
• Do not submit Information sites (Example: Information about Travel to Spain).
  
• Do not submit File Recovery Software (you know who you are)
  
• Do not submit PDF Software or related PDF services. (you know who you are)
• Do not submit Data Recovery Computer related (you know who you are)
• Non-English sites are to be submitted in the World/Regional/Country category.
  

Reciprocal

If or when your Reciprocating with us, make sure it is not hidden from the user or search engines, we have been around for over a decade on the internet, we know things like this, so save the effort if you can't be truthful.

Failure to abide by this, will be denied for inclusion. Best way to be included is to submit like as if your submitting to DMOZ.org. You may try to submit again and please this time respect our Guidlines and Concerns.
